EXPERIENCED SNOW PLOW OPERATOR
Gonzo Bros Landscape is looking for experienced, dependable Snow Plow Operators to join our winter snow removal team.
We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of keeping properties safe and accessible, and can confidently operate snow removal equipment in challenging winter conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate snow plow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
- Plow parking lots, drive lanes, entrances and other designated areas
- Clear snow according to property specifications and supervisor direction
- Monitor conditions and respond promptly during snow events
- Perform pre- and post-storm equipment inspections
- Report equipment issues or property concerns to supervisors
- Assist with snow removal, salting and other winter services as needed
- Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous snow plowing experience required
- Valid driver’s license (DL) required
- Current DOT
- Safe driving record required
- Experience operating a snow plow truck and/or commercial snow removal equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and available on call during snow events
- Ability to work overnight, early morning, weekends and holidays when needed
- Ability to work in extreme cold, snow, ice and other challenging weather conditions
- Physically able to work extended shifts, including shifts over 8 hours
- Strong work ethic, good judgment and attention to detail
- Dependable, responsible and willing to work until the job is completed

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
